Nest Introduces its Smoke Detector "Protect"
Since I've been unable to take advantage of Nest's first product, I'm rather excited about their second! Introducing the Nest Protect! It talks, doesn't annoyingly chirp, communicates to your smartphone and of course it's priced at a premium for $129. (approximately 6x the average selling price of today's smoke / CO2 detectors)
