Over the past few months, I've been really perfecting my pour-over technique. I've gone from the Chemex to the Hario V60. I've Kickstarted the Medium Espro Press and even bought the Kone filter from ablebrewing. I've greatly improved my skills and tastes over the past few months and even shared my passion with many of my friends.
