It took roughly 500 hours, by CirclMastr’s count, to pull off this ridiculous accomplishment. He’s been plugging away at his quest for over two years, grinding experience by fighting thousands of low-level random encounters on the catwalks of Midgar’s Sector 1 reactor. “Tedious” might not be a strong enough word, especially considering that he played the game on a PS1, without the benefit of frame-skipping or save states. He streamed some of the run on his Twitch channel, but most of it was solo.
The video is around 56 minutes, but if you'd like, fast forward to where the magic happens around the 53rd minute. It's truly ridiculous and mind numbing blowing.
Spent five hours today at the beach with friends! Good times followed by a not so great dinner at Waypoint Public and a better dinner from Pho Hoang Express.
Walking down the street for some pan de sal, we take a very slow day.

Even with Garmin's latest iteration in their running / triathlon sports watches 935, Apple's Watch keeps on drawing me back in.

Heading to Salt Lake City for a chance to tour various hotels.
A chance to sleep in thanks to my wife then church, a birthday party, grandma and grandpa's house, then back home to rest. Took this day easy.
Getting called out on a redeye to JFK on a short call moment, I flew LGB-JFK then get a deadhead back to LGB about one and half hours after landing at 4:35am then jumped back to LGB at 7:00am. Drove home, cooked a meal for the family then right to a birthday party for one of Norah's old classmates. Good times!
